Who we are

A local team that knows the pipe before it knows the address

Westminster CA Plumbing has been coordinating plumbing work across Westminster and west Orange County since 2022. We are a small local team: we answer the phone, we diagnose by description, and we put the right independent plumbing professional in front of the problem. The repair itself is carried out by the professional we send, on terms agreed with you.

We stayed deliberately local, because the value is in the knowing. The housing stock here repeats: sixty-year-old clay laterals, galvanized supply corroding from the inside, slab-on-grade foundations, and the commercial kitchens along Bolsa. Two minutes of description usually narrows the cause to one or two candidates, which means the person who arrives arrives with the right equipment.

We answer our own phone around the clock and we are plain about what we are: a dispatch and referral team, not the crew in the truck. We do not set your repair price and we do not perform the work. What we do is know the ground, know who is good at what, and stay reachable afterwards if a match turns out badly.

How we work

Three steps, and none of them are a form

There is no booking widget on this site, deliberately. Plumbing problems are diagnosed by description, and two minutes with our dispatcher beats a dropdown menu every time.

01

You describe the symptom

What you can see, hear or smell, roughly when it started, and the address. A sentence or two is usually enough to narrow it to one or two likely causes.

02

We stabilise and dispatch

If water is running where it should not be, you get shut-off guidance immediately, while dispatch is already in motion. The ten minutes before anyone arrives is when most damage is either prevented or done.

03

The plumber diagnoses and quotes

You hear what the fix involves and what it costs before work starts, from the person doing it. If the honest answer is that it can wait for a scheduled visit, you get told that too.

Scope, plainly

What we take on, and what we do not

We cover residential and commercial plumbing across nine Westminster districts and seven neighbouring cities. That includes the emergency end of the trade, the diagnostic end, and the planned work that sits between them.

What we take calls on daily

  • Emergencies: burst pipes, sewage backing up, no water in the building, failed water heaters.
  • Diagnosis: leak detection, slab leaks, sewer camera inspection, pressure problems.
  • Drains: cabling, hydro jetting, root cutting, grease lines and interceptors.
  • Replacement and renewal: water heaters, repiping, sewer and water service lines, trenchless work.
  • Fixtures: faucets, toilets, showers and tubs, disposals, gas appliance connections.

What we do not take on

  • Boiler and industrial process work, which goes elsewhere rather than to us.
  • Structural, civil and drainage engineering beyond the building plumbing.
  • Restoration and remediation after water damage, a separate trade with separate insurers.
  • Work outside the coverage listed on the areas page, because arrival time is the whole point.

Why the local detail matters

West Orange County went up fast and largely at once. Westminster incorporated in 1957, and the tracts that followed share materials and vintages closely enough that local diagnosis is unusually reliable. Sixty-year-old clay laterals, galvanized supply corroding from the inside, slab-on-grade foundations, sandy soil with a shallow water table and mature parkway trees with six decades of root growth. Knowing the district narrows the likely cause before anyone arrives, which is why the area pages read the way they do.

About the service

Who actually turns up and does the repair?

An experienced independent plumbing professional from our local list, chosen for your problem and your address. We diagnose, we dispatch and we follow up; they carry out the repair and agree the price and schedule with you directly. We would rather tell you that up front than let you discover it on the driveway.

Is the 24-hour line really answered at night?

Yes, by a person on our team, not an answering machine. That is the entire point in a trade where the worst failures happen at inconvenient hours. You also get shut-off guidance while you wait, because stopping the water is usually worth more than anything else that happens in the first ten minutes.

How is it decided who gets sent out?

By the problem and the address, by our field supervisor. A grease line behind a restaurant on Bolsa, a slab leak in Fountain Valley and a seized shower cartridge in Seal Beach are three different skill sets and three different urgencies. The match is made on what you describe, not on who is next in a rotation.

What if something goes wrong after the repair?

Call the same number and ask for our Customer Relations Specialist. Your contract for the repair is with the professional who performed it, so the remedy and any warranty sit with them, but we track every complaint against the person we sent. A list is only worth keeping if the bad matches come off it, and we would far rather hear about a problem the week it appears than read about it a year later.
